State Farm® Insurance Agent Justin Crain

"State Farm sent me to Enterprise Rent-A-Car they said they would pay for everything after their client rear-ended me damaged my car and severely injured my back. I thought I could trust them and Enterprise Rent-A-Car they fast talked me hustled me at Enterprise saying that there would only be $100 deposit they put everything on a tablet and only handed it to me when something needed signed. I thought I could trust them I now see that $325.99 is missing out of my account and they're saying that I signed some accident waiver form this was not clearly communicated with me it is possible State Farm is working with Enterprise to get victims to pay for the rental car I was clearly scammed. I was not at fault in this accident and now I'm down $325.99 as of now because of their their clients careless driving while under the influence. I now have to take another day off work to try to clear this up I am already suffering and possibly may lose my job because of my back and all the runaround I have to do because of State Farm."

The girls have been totally rude when i requested to be removed from my ex's policy and stop home owners policy, You would of thought i asked for all of my money back instead of just asking to be removed. Now fast forward 2 weeks, i moved to a different state and my current State Farm agency isnt getting any corporation from Justin Crains agency either. Justin Crain's agency still has my name listed with my ex wifes policy even though i requested to be removed over 2 weeks ago. Not sure where customer service went but they are definitely not for the customer. Stay away from this place, they like you when your giving them your money but not very helpful!"
